All human beings can be the authors of their own lives

A creative life is one in which everyone has the skills, confidence and opportunity to make their ideas a reality. And we will need this. We face formidable challenges, an aging population, climate change and tackling inequality. Everything needs to come together to make this happen. But there are barriers which stand in the way of this happening.
