IBM 2010 global CEO study: creativity most crucial factor for future success

Anyone dismissing creativity as an optional extra, something nice to be done in free time after children have learnt all their facts and maths off by heart, needs to pay more attention to what business leaders are saying. In 2010 IBM carried out a global survey of over ,500 Chief Executive Officers from 60 countries and 33 industries and the quality flagged as most needed was creativity. This was deemed more important than management discipline, vision, or rigor for the challenges faced, now and in the future.
